Sistec AM develops automated loading and unloading systems that can be integrated in any laser cutting machine, based on CO2 and on fibre technology, both if they are new installations or old ones. In order to optimize space, our loading\/unloading solutions can be developed horizontally or vertically, with loading bays placed along or above the cutting table and gantry systems that can be moving along 3 axes of the space.<\/p>\n

Nowadays is becoming very frequent in the laser cutting machines industry the problem of sorting, which is the process of arranging cut sheet metal systematically and, in a sequence, ordered by some criterion after being palletized.<\/p>\n

By putting together anthropomorphic robot with devoted software, Sistec AM can realize such a system starting from laser nesting, then picking the cut sheet and later palletizing it according to the required logic, removing scrap generated from the cut.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
